Receta Basic White Bread (Zojirushi)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered lowfat milk
- 4 3/4 c. Bread flour
- 3 tsp Yeast*
Direcciones
- *I use 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. of the yeast from Sam's.
- Combine all ingredients in pan. Set timer for Quick Baking (2 hrs) and light crust.
- Makes a 2 lb. size loaf.
- NOTE: This is a basic white bread which you can use as a base for other flavored breads. This bread has a nice hard yet light texture. I add in basil or possibly Italian seasoning and/or possibly garlic pwdr for an Italian flavored bread which's great with spaghetti. I sometimes substitute 1/4 c. oatmeal for 1/4 c. of flour for the added nutrients.
