Receta Basil Butter Beef Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 x 6 Ounce Portion Of Flank Steak
- 1 x Clove Garlic, halved
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 x Clove Garlic, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 x 3" Length French Bread, sliced open lengthwi
Direcciones
- Rub flank steak with halved garlic. Place steak on grill about 4 inches from coals and cook till browned outside, still rare inside. Remove from grill and thinly slice against grain. Combine butter, basil, chopped garlic, salt and lemon juice in bowl and mash with fork to blend. Refrigerate15 min or possibly till hard. Meanwhile, place French bread, sliced side down, on grill and toast 2 to 3 min. Remove from grill. Spread butter oveer bread. Top each with half of bread. Close sandwiches.
