Receta Basil Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. champagne vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a blender, combine the basil, vinegar, and Parmesan cheese till the basil is pureed. With the motor running, pour the oil through the opening and blend till smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour into a small bowl, and set aside. Whisk before using.
