Receta Bay Scallop Ceviche

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
- 2 lb bay scallops
- 1 x warm red chili pepper finely minced
- 1/4 c. red onion finely minced
- 3 x ripe plum tomatoes seeded and minced
- 1 x red bell pepper seeded and minced
- 3 x green onions minced
- 1 c. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 x lime sliced, for garnish
Direcciones
- Stir the cumin into the lime and orange juices and pour over the scallops.
- Stir in the minced chili pepper and red onion. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
- Just before serving, drain the scallops and mix with the minced tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions and cilantro. Garnish with the slices of lime.
