Receta Bc's Lemon Herb Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dry vermouth -or possibly- Dry white wine -or possibly- Beef broth
- 1 tsp Minced fresh sage leaves Or possibly 1/4 t dry sage leaves
- 1 tsp Minced fresh oregano leaves Or possibly 1/4 t dry oregano lvs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coarsely grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag. Add in up to 2 pounds beef, pork, chicken or possibly turkey, turning to coat with marinade. Cover dish or possibly seal bag and chill, turning meat occasionally, at least 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs. Remove meat from marinade; throw away marinade. Grill meat as desired.
