Receta Bean And Frankfurter Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 (14 ounce.) cans butter beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon catsup
- 5 frankfurters
Direcciones
- Place liquid removed beans in 1 to 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil and add in to beans. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Score frankfurters and place over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Serves 5.
