Receta Bean Chalupa

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. dry pinto beans
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 24 ounce. can minced chilies
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 3 to 4 pound pork roast
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cumin
Direcciones
- Place beans, roast and all remaining ingredients in heavy kettle or possibly crock pot. Cover with water and simmer covered till beans are tender and meat falls off bone. Remove all bone and fat from meat. Return to beans and cook uncovered till thick. Serve over regular size fritos with the following side dishes: Grated cheese Minced onion Minced tomato Minced olives Minced avocado Lowfat sour cream Taco sauce
