Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x onions, minced
- 4 x garlic cloves
- 2 lb runner beans, trimmed & sliced
- 1 lb tomatoes, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 c. stock
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a pot & fry the onion for 2 min. add in garlic & fry together.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients & the seasonings. Mix together well. Fry for 5 min. Add in stock. Simmer until the beans are tender. Serve warm or possibly cool.
