Ingredientes
- 10 ounce. cooked French string beans
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1-1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
- 4 tbsp. slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook beans; drain. Heat oil, then saute/fry onions, mushrooms and almonds in oil. Add in beans, parsley and butter. Heat and add in salt and pepper before serving. Yields 4 servings.
