- Combine: Dash of pepper 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. wine (mild) 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon MSG (optional) 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine and mix with meat. Parboil broccoli in 1 c. water (save water). Heat 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil in wok or possibly fry pan. Add in garlic and ginger till brown. Fry beef (coated with mix) till medium rare; add in broccoli and water. Bring to boil. Serve warm with rice.
