  1. Prepare broccoli. Slice steak diagonally, across grain 2 x 1/4 inch. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or possibly skillet coating sides. Add in meat, stir-fry for 2 min and remove. Pour remaining oil in wok. Add in broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 min then remove.
  2. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add in broth, sherry and sugar. Add in to wok and cook over medium heat till thick and bubbly. Add in meat and broccoli to cook and stir-fry for 2 min. Serve over rice.
