- 1 pound beef chuck strips/chicken strips
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 c. bouillon
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. red/green pepper strips
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Brown beef, onion and garlic in saucepan and oil. Add in ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Add in rice. Serves 4 people.
