  1. Cut beef in thin slices, almost shaved. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce together. Mix with cut beef for a little while.
  2. Saute/fry onion and pepper in large skillet. Mix beef soaked in cornstarch and soy. Cook till done, will curl up. Cook rice with chicken broth. When done add in hot mixed vegetables. Serve beef over rice, one dish.
