Receta Beef Curry

Ingredientes
- 2 round steaks
- 3 tbsp. curry paste
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. red wine
- 5.6 ounce. can coconut lowfat milk
- Grated ginger root to taste
- Cornstarch or possibly flour
- Water or possibly beef stock
Direcciones
- Brown onions and garlic in oil. Remove from pan. Brown meat, then return onions and garlic to pan. Add in carrots, celery, ginger root, coconut lowfat milk, red wine, and water or possibly beef stock to cover.
- Simmer till very tender. Thicken if needed with flour or possibly cornstarch.
