Receta Beef Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 lg. sweet pepper
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- Cilantro
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Fajita seasoning
- 1/4 c. water
- Picante sauce
Direcciones
- Thinly slice meat. Brown meat in a skillet. Add in sliced onion and sliced pepper. Cook down. Add in fajita seasoning, 1/4 c. water and cilantro to taste; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 3 to 5 min, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave tortillas between 2 microwave proof plates. Tortillas get hot and do not dry out. Place 1/2 c. filling on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, add in picante sauce to taste.
