Receta Pumpkin Bread Or Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
Direcciones
- Place in large bowl:
- Sift all ingredients and make a well. Add in:
- Mix till smooth and put into 3 greased and lightly floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Note: Use 4 bananas instead of pumpkin for banana bread.
