  1. Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper in large shallow container. Add in meat, cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Parboil onions 3 to 5 min; drain. Remove meat from marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill kabobs 5 min on each side over medium coals or possibly till desired doneness, basting with marinade.
