Receta Beef N Potato Bake

Ingredientes
- 4 c. frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 3 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Durkee Grnd Black Pepper
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pkg. (3/4 ounce.) Durkee Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. Durkee Garlic Salt
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn mixed veg.
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (2.8 ounce.) Durkee French fried onions
Direcciones
- In a shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish combine potatoes, oil and pepper. Firmly press mix across bottom and up sides of dish to create a shell. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 min. Meanwhile, in skillet brown beef; drain. Stir in gravy mix, water and garlic salt; bring to a boil. Add in mixed vegetables; reduce heat to medium and cook 5 min. Stir in 12/ can French Fried onions; place in potato shell. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions; bake 5 min longer.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
