Receta Beef `N Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 c. frzn potato tots
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 10 ounce. pkg. thawed, liquid removed minced broccoli
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- 1. Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of large casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 10 min.
- 2. Brown beef; drain.
- 3. Mix beef, broccoli, soup, lowfat milk and garlic pwdr and 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into potato "crust", cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- 4. Top with 1/2 c. cheese and the onions. Bake uncovered 5 min.
