Receta Beef Noodle Stove Top Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
- 1 1/2 c. Onion, Minced
- 1 c. Celery, Minced
- 1/2 c. Sweet Green Peppers, Minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 19 ounce Canned Tomatoes
- 19 ounce Tomato Juice
- 19 ounce Canned Kidney Beans, Red, Undrained
- 10 ounce Canned Mushrooms, Undrained
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
- 1/3 lb Broad Noodles, Uncooked

- In a very large heavy pot or possibly Dutch oven, brown grnd beef. Add in onion, celery, green pepper, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, till vegetables are softened. Drain off any excess fat. Add in tomatoes, tomato juice, kidney beans, mushrooms and chili pwdr. Bring to boil; stir in noodles. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 min or possibly till noodles are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
