Receta Beef Potato Moussaka

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans or possibly 1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg & coarsely grnd pepper
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled & cooked
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Italian type grated cheese
Direcciones
- Brown beef and onion lightly in large greased saucepan. Add in tomato sauce and seasonings, bring to boil, cover and simmer about 20 min. Slice potatoes about 1/4" thick and arrange half in greased 2 qt casserole. Cover with meat mix, then top with remaining potato slices. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk and pour over mix. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in preheated moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 45 min. Let stand 15 min.
