Receta Beef Tips & Noodles

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. stew meat (very lean)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. minced bell pepper
- 2 or possibly 3 carrots, cut into 1/2" slices
- Water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- A few dashes Tabasco
- Noodles
Direcciones
- Brown stew meat lightly on all sides. Put meat in pot and only add in sufficient water to barely cover. Add in tomato sauce, spices and all vegetables. Let come to a boil. Cover pot and simmer till meat is very tender. Cook noodles and serve beef tips over them.
