Receta Beef Tomato Freezer Mix

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Grnd beef
- 2 1/2 lrg onions,minced
- 1 c. Minced green pepper
- 3 x Cloves garlic,chopped
- 3 can Tomato sauce(15z)
- 1 can Tomato paste(12oz)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook and stir meat in Dutch oven till brown. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally. Divide mix among four 1-qt freezer containers (about 3 c. in each). Cold quickly. Cover and label; freeze no more than 3 months (see note). Use freezer fold in the recipes which call for it.
