Receta Beef With Vegetables
Ingredientes
- 2 sm. breakfast steaks
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 lg. minced onion
- 1 lg. slivered green pepper
- 1 lg. tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Direcciones
- In lightly oiled skillet, saute/fry onion and green pepper. Add in beef and cook till tender. Add in tomato slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Cover and simmer 5 to 6 min. Soy sauce, sugar, salt and ginger may be added to taste. Serve over rice.
