- 2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 can beer
- Mix of flour, onion salt and garlic salt

- Mix batter ingredients together. Roll fish in flour mix; dip in batter, deep fry. Covers 2 pounds of fish. Good for smelts.
