Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm lowfat milk
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Sprinkle yeast over warm water; stir to dissolve. Beat egg yolks and add in to yeast mix with vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and sugar; add in to the liquid ingredients. Stir in melted and put together thoroughly. Beat the egg whites till stiff. Carefully fold into batter. Let the mix stand in a warm place till double in bulk. Bake in a hot waffle iron.
