Receta Berry Crumble

Ingredientes
- 3 c. blueberries (or possibly any combination of raspberries, blackberries, marionberries, etc.)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar Juice of lemon
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Wash the berries and put in a buttered, 9-inch square baking dish, or possibly casserole of a similar size. Add in 6 Tbsp. sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and stir to coat the berries.
- Combine the flour, butter, remaining sugar and salt and mix with a fork or possibly your fingertips till the mix is crumbly. Sprinkle the mix over the berries and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
