Here is a twist to the old classic yogurt berry and rice pudding recipe.You could also use soy milk if you wish.Nice cool dessert for a hot summer afternoon.

Direcciones

  1. Place rice,milk,lemon grass and sugar in a thick bottomed pan,bring to boil and stir well.Let it simmer for 45 mins on reduced heat.
  2. Let it cool down completely,then discard lemon grass.
  3. Stir in yogurt,add salt and stir to mix well.If making ahead cover and chill for 2 hours.Add berries.Spoon into glasses.
