  • 1 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 6 med Hard ripe bananas Oil for frying Confectioners sugar

Direcciones

  1. Into a small bowl sift flour, sugar, baking posder and salt. In another small bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil together with a rotary beater or possibly whisk.
  2. Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients; stir till all flour is moistened. Slice bananas in half lengthwise; dip into batter using fingers.
  3. Drain any excess batter. Drop bananas into at least 2 inches warm oil (375 degrees F. on deep frying thermomenter) in a deep skillet or possibly deep-fat fryer. Fry a few at a time, turning once, 2 to 3 min or possibly till golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately, sprinkled with confectioners sugar YIELD: 4 c. or possibly 6 to 8 servings.
