Receta Kellogg's Best Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. All Bran cereal
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil or possibly shortening
Direcciones
- Stir together flour, baking pwdr, sugar and set aside. Place cereal lowfat milk in mixing bowl, stir to put together. Let stand 1 to 2 min till cereal is softened. Add in large eggs and oil. Beat well. Add in sifted dry ingredients to cereal mix, stirring only till combined. Pour into 12 greased 2 1/2" muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 min or possibly less.
