Ingredientes
- 1 c. 105 to 115 degree water
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 to 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Add in water to yeast. Sift and stir in 1 c. flour. Cover sponge and let rise 30 min in hot place. Set aside.
- In large bowl, beat till soft the butter, sift sugar into butter gradually, blend till light and creamy. Beat Large eggs in one at a time. Add in salt. Be in the sponge. Sift and beat in gradually 3 1/2 c. flour. Cover.
- Let rise 2 hrs till doubled. Roll and cut in floured board after cutting. Allow to rise 30 min. Fry in 375 degree deep fat fryer till golden. While hot, shake in bag filled with sugar or possibly sugar and cinnamon.
