Receta Best Fruit Salad
Ingredientes
- Juice 8 pulp of 1 lime
- 2 drops vanilla estract
- Healthy pinch of grnd cinnamon
- 2 tangerines, seeded and sectioned (canned slices also do well)
- 4 bananas sliced into coins
- 1 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
- may also add in 4 lg. Kiwis to lg. bowl mix
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice and pulp, vanilla and cinnamon. Best to use a small whisk or possibly fork to reduce clumping. In a large bowl, combine tangerines, bananas and coconut (kiwis too). Pour lime mix over them and toss till all fruit is coated. Serve at room temperature or possibly slightly chilled. 4 servings.
