  • Juice 8 pulp of 1 lime
  • 2 drops vanilla estract
  • Healthy pinch of grnd cinnamon
  • 2 tangerines, seeded and sectioned (canned slices also do well)
  • 4 bananas sliced into coins
  • 1 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
  • may also add in 4 lg. Kiwis to lg. bowl mix

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice and pulp, vanilla and cinnamon. Best to use a small whisk or possibly fork to reduce clumping. In a large bowl, combine tangerines, bananas and coconut (kiwis too). Pour lime mix over them and toss till all fruit is coated. Serve at room temperature or possibly slightly chilled. 4 servings.
