Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 to 1 c. raisins (optional)
Direcciones
- Cream shortening with brown sugar and granulated sugar thoroughly. Add in vanilla and Large eggs; blend well. Stir in flour, soda and cinnamon. Incorporate thoroughly. Add in remaining ingredients (rolled oats, nuts and raisins). Drop by rounded tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 min at 350 degrees. Yield: About 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
