Receta Best Oatmeal Fruit Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. minced raisins
- 1 c. minced dates
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs, vanilla and water. Sift flour, soda and salt into creamed mix and stir well. Mix in oats, raisins, dates and coconut till well blended. Drop dough by rounded Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. Remove cookies from oven. Transfer cookies to racks and allow cookies to cold. When cold store in air-tight container.
