Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Cookie dough
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar(powdered)
- 2 c. Fresh fruit
- 2 c. Fresh fruit, mashed
- 1/3 c. Cornstarch
- 1 c. Sugar Whipped topping
Direcciones
- Press dough into bottom of large spring form pan.
- Bake till golden.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on baked cookie dough.
- Arrange 2 c. of fruit on top.
- Cook mashed fruit with sugar and cornstarch till thickened.
- Cold and pour over fruit.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
