Receta Best Pancake Mix
Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 4 T oil
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. water or possibly more for thinner pancakes
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. buttermilk pancake mix
- 4 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Using a whisk, mix egg, oil, lowfat milk, water and vanilla in a bowl. In second bowl blend pancake mix, sugar and baking pwdr. Gradually add in dry ingredients to liquid mix, mixing well. Cook pancakes on greased griddle over medium heat using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
