- 12 ounce Beans, Kidney red cooked and liquid removed
- 12 ounce Beans, Pinto cooked
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar, granulated
- 3 x Bay leaves
- 3 x Allspice, whole
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
- 1 tsp Oregano, dry
- 1/2 tsp Pepper, black freshly grnd
- 1/4 tsp Cumin, grnd
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, red grnd
Direcciones
- In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil, add in onions, celery, and garlic; cook over medium heat till softened, about 2 min.
- Place vegetables and remaining ingredients in slow-cooker; stir to combine. Cook on low setting 4 hrs.
