- 1 1/4 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. each brown sugar and oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- In bowl mix all ingredients well. Using scant 1/4 c. batter for each pancake, bake on warm griddle till golden on both sides. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
