Receta Betty's Best Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 ounce can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. chocolate bits
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs one at a time. Mix flour, salt and baking pwdr. Alternate with chocolate syrup. Add in vanilla and mix well. Grease and flour cake pan (sheet cake). Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Don't open oven.
- Bring butter, sugar and evaporated lowfat milk to boil. Add in chocolate bits and cook on low heat till melted. Spread on cake while hot.
