Receta Big Fred's Shrimp Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Cooked peeled and deveined med Shrimp
- 3 x Ribs celery finely diced
- 3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Chili sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper or possibly to taste Chilled lettuce -- minced Tomatoes (for garnish) Hard-boiled Large eggs (for Garnish) Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Direcciones
- Mix together shrimp and celery; set aside. In separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients to make dressing. Pour dressing over shrimp and toss well. Serve chilled on bed of minced lettuce, garnished with tomato, hard boiled egg and lemon wedges.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
