  • 6 ounce Shrimp -- cooked
  • 16 ounce Green beans
  • 1 x Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Salad oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Vinegar
  • 2 x Chicken bouillon cube
  • 2/3 c. Rice -- cooked
  • 1 c. Celery -- sliced
  • 1/2 c. Onions -- sweet, sliced
  • 2 c. Lettuce -- shredded Soy sauce (optional) Clove

Direcciones

  1. Rinse shrimp and cook. Refrigeratecan of green beans. Drain and save liquid.
  2. Slice thinly the garlic clove and crush in large bowl. Add in oil, mustard, sugar, vinegar, shrimp and beans. Chill. Heat bean liquid. Add in bouillon cubes and stir till dissolved. Add in sufficient water to make 2 c..
  3. Add in rice. Bring to a boil and cook rapidly, uncovered, about 8 min or possibly till rice stands above the water line. Reduce heat to lowest point, cover and steam for 12 to 14 min. Spread rice in a shallow pan to cold.
  4. Chill for 10 min or possibly till needed at serving time. Add in rice to shrimp and bean mix. Toss together with celery, onion and lettuce.
  5. Serve with soy sauce.
