Ingredientes
- 2 c. White selfrising cornmeal
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Fine minced onions
- 1/4 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Fine minced japaleno peppers
- 1/4 tsp Salt Orange juice
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients till well blended. Add in orange juice till it makes a stiff moist batter.
- Drop by tsp. (like you stir tea with) into 350 degree oil and fry till golden. drain on paper towels and eat.
