Receta Black And Red Peppered Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry warm red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound med. shrimp, in shells
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- In large cast iron skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add in garlic and saute/fry till tender, but not browned. Stir in red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt. Add in shrimp and lemon slices. Toss to coat thoroughly. Bake at 400 degrees 15 min, stirring occasionally. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
