- 8 c. Cabbage, minced finely
- 1 med Sweet red pepper, minced
- 1 bn Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Seasoning salt
Direcciones
- Prepare vegetables and place them in salad bowl. Toss extra virgin olive oil through the vegetable to coat them. Add in rice vinegar & salt. Toss gently and serve.
