Receta Black Bean Flatbread
Ingredientes
- Flatbread or Pita
- Black Beans
- Onion
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Lettuce
- Shredded Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce
Direcciones
- Brush Bread with Olive Oil and Bake until Soft and Warm (about 5-10 min)
- Sautee Green Pepper, Onion and Red Pepper in Oil until tender
- Smash black beans and spread on top of bread
- Add sauteed veggies
- Sprinkle with Cheese
- Bake for 10-15 min at 350 until warm
- Top with Shredded lettuce and Sauce
