- 1 x 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 can Black beans, mashed
- 1 c. Lowfat Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lrg Avocado, mashed
Direcciones
- 1. Spread mashed beans on pizza crust. Top with cheese.
- 2. Bake at 375 for about 15 min or possibly till crust is browned and cheese is melted.
- 3. Top with avocado and serve. Serving Ideas add in cooked cubed chicken breasts and salsa!
