Ingredientes

  • 1 can Black beans Flour or possibly Whole wheat tortilla Non fat lowfat sour cream Minced onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, black olives and any other Minced veggies you like

Direcciones

  1. Heat black beans uncovered in the microwave for approximately 3 mins. When hot but not steaming warm scoop onto tortilla, add in lowfat sour cream and minced veggies, roll up and enjoy.
  2. I usually eat some salsa and low fat baked tostitios and vegetarian refried beans with this meal, it is very filling.
