  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 4 x Egg yolks, well beaten
  • 4 x Egg whites
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 x (10-inch) angel food loaf cake or possibly small angel food cake

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate, sugar, and water in double boiler. Stir egg yolks, in gradually. Beat well. Let cold to room temperature. Beat egg whites. Add in half of beaten egg whites to chocolate mix, blend. Mix in remaining whites. Whip heavy cream. Fold into chocolate mix. Tear angel food cake into bite-size pcs. Grease a loaf pan and fill by alternating layers of cake pcs and chocolate. Top with chocolate. Refrigerate24 hrs.
