Receta Black Trumpet Mushrooms With Leeks And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 15 gm Butter, ( 1/2oz)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 x Leeks, finely shredded and thoroughly washed
- 5 ml Fresh ginger, finely shredded ( 1/4 inch)
- 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 x 125 gram pac black trumpet mushrooms, brushed and sliced
- 1 dsh Soy sauce
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 pch Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 1 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- Place the butter and oil in a frying pan and over a moderate heat saute/fry the leek, ginger and garlic for approximately 1 minute. Add in the mushrooms and continue to saute/fry for a further 3-4 min.
- Add in the soy sauce, salt and sugar and if the mix is wet add in the cornflour combined with the water. Serve immediately.
- NOTES : A quick stir-fry accompaniment comprising of wild mushrooms, leeks, ginger and a dash of soy sauce.
