Receta Black Walnut Pound Cake
My mother made this cake every Christmas. It will sit in your fridge at least two weeks or in your freezer 2 months. If you like Black Walnuts you will love this recipe.
Ingredientes
- 1 Box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups ground black walnuts. Freeze nuts and then grind with food processor
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together but the walnuts. Mix 2 min by hand or medium speed on mixer. The fold nuts into batter.
- Put in tube pan or loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
