Receta Black Walnut Pound Cake

My mother made this cake every Christmas. It will sit in your fridge at least two weeks or in your freezer 2 months. If you like Black Walnuts you will love this recipe.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Box Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cups ground black walnuts. Freeze nuts and then grind with food processor

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together but the walnuts. Mix 2 min by hand or medium speed on mixer. The fold nuts into batter.
  2. Put in tube pan or loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
